With just a few ingredients including vanilla extract, maple syrup/hot chocolate powder/cocoa powder , egg yolks (optional) and 4-5 cups chilled full-fat cow/goat/sheep/buffalo/raw camel/non-homogenised pasteurized heavy cream + raw milk, you can make delicious ice cream at home.
To prepare this recipe, mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for churning.
